MDF Phone Connections for units or apartments

Residential MDF Connections

At home it may be the white oval fascia box on your eaves or a standard wall box around the front of your house. The type of junction box and location varies. Having Optus connected to your house can increase the variations of boxes and locations. A lot of people are not aware that some houses had Optus installed underground.

There is also another varation of junction boxes and the Network Boundary on newly built homes. New housing estates may have fibre connected to the house and a variation of fibre terminating options (ONT's) at the house. Newer houses that don't have the fibre yet could have fully fitted out cable hubs inside the premises.

In apartment buildings your phone connections will probably require the assistance of the building manager, landlord or estate agent as they may be in a secured area such as a cupboard.

But you are in luck! We exist just to provide the wonderful service of easing your pain. We specialise in these problems and experience many such situations on a daily basis. Our Technicians have installed a number of communications services to these properties over the years so nothing is unfamiliar to us.
