Just to thank you for a job well done – seems that my connection is now all clear as have not had a drop out now for over 2 days.
I also found that iiNet had my speed setting as ADSL 1 which explained the low down load speed of 6.24 mbps and upload of .70 mbps. I have cranked it up to “thrillseeker” and now get over double down load speed (12.66 mbps) and up-load of .82 mbps.

I would just like to say to anyone that is researching to have work done by E.T. telecom I can recommend them very highly, after quite extensive research into my options (and speaking to one company who said they would ring me back and then not hearing a word until two and a half weeks later when somebody appeared at my door to follow up).
I found E.T. telecom in the phone book, I rang spoke with Pierre he was excellent said he would be able to come out first thing the next morning, turned up discussed my options and was able to start immediately he did a great job in a very timely manner, I do not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
